It all began in 2005 when Eugene Lochman founded Lochman Construction, a company specializing in custom outdoor living environments. Through project management and hands-on experience, he also developed a passion for swimming pool design and construction. What initially began as a small mission to build and maintain pools soon developed into a full scale company rebranded as Prestige Pool and Patio.
Excellent customer service, superior pool construction and an unsurpassed reputation propelled the company into a position where it was able to acquire two other local companies in April of 2012. Since the acquisition, Prestige Pool and Patio has expanded its customer base tremendously and fulfilled a growing demand in the area for a pool construction company focused on high quality custom design, construction and service.
