Prestige Pool and Patio has a reputation for delivering some of the most breathtaking in-ground pool designs in Frisco and North Dallas, and each of those designs started the same way: with our clients’ vision.

Our process always begins with you. Your perfect dream pool, backyard or outdoor kitchen. We listen to your ideas, offer expertise and then the adventure begins. Our Design Consultants will visit your property to get photos, measurements and an all-important survey.

From this they artfully draw a design and display it in a 3D format, allowing you to visualize the finished concept and make changes.

Upon agreement to the design and deposit, the permit application begins. Permits are required from utility companies, city of residence and HOA’s, and they take approximately 4 weeks to acquire. When all applicable permits are in order, we will get you in queue for excavation.
