About Prestige
Building Dream Backyards Since 2005
From a custom pool builder to the largest outdoor living destination in DFW — meet the team, the leader, and the awards behind Prestige Pool & Patio.
Our Founder
Eugene Lochman
President & CEO
Eugene Lochman founded Prestige Pool & Patio in 2005 with a simple vision: build the highest-quality pools in North Texas and back them with service that keeps clients for life.
That vision led to a $10 million investment in the largest pool showroom in the entire DFW metroplex, located at 15550 Preston Road in Frisco, TX. Under Eugene's leadership, Prestige has grown from a small pool construction company to a complete outdoor living destination — with 510+ Google reviews at a 4.5-star average, and over 2,200 pools built across North Texas.
Eugene also opened The Grill Store by Prestige, making the showroom a one-stop destination for homeowners building their dream outdoor space. From the first design sketch to the grill on your patio, Eugene's commitment to quality runs through every part of the business.

"They took an idea and made it beyond anything that I could come up with. Our backyard is not just a pool, it now feels like a resort. Zac's design is gorgeous and laid out perfectly. James was over the project and not only calmed me down when I was stressing out but made the process as easy as possible. He was super attentive and quick to respond to all my questions and concerns. Prestige Pool has great subs and I can tell you I would recommend them 10 out of 10."
— Shannon
"Zac and Chris were great to work with and delivered the backyard we were hoping for. Available throughout the entire process — highly recommend!"

"The picture speaks a thousand words. We love the pool and how it looks. Chris, our PM, and Chris, our technician, are both wonderful to work with. Their design is elegant and gorgeous. All the equipment and products used are top notch. We are delighted with our backyard. Thank you guys!"
